Inclusion trough art

Inclusion trough art

Since 2014, the Armenian Fund for Sustainable Development has been implementing the “Integration through Art” project, which covers the tuition fees of underprivileged and refugee students of the Ghazaros Saryan Art School in the city of Yerevan.

The objective was to promote the integration of children in the educational and cultural process of the art school by allowing them to express themselves freely and by providing them with development opportunities.

The beneficiary students of the project are mainly children from vulnerable families (socially deprived, single parents, Syrian Armenians), gifted children, disabled children, children from large families, officers of the RA Military Forces, as well as children who play rare musical instruments.

Project results: in total, more than 250 students benefited from the project

Project implementation: 2014-2019
